We know you're excited to receive your order, so we work quickly to get it on its way to you. Before it leaves our hands, each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition – we take the same care wrapping your purchase as we do creating it.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door. Delivery times vary depending on where you are in Australia, but we always aim to get your handmade treasures to you as promptly as possible.

Returns & Damages 

Because our goodies are handmade and for personal use, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at bubbleswithbenefits@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
